No Returns or Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mhiley@lostgeometry.com.au so we can address the issue. We will work with you to resolve any damage or incorrect item concerns.

Non-returnable items Since all sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
