Production
At Lost Geometry, we're all about quality and sustainability. Most of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, minimizing waste and our environmental footprint. We utilize a print-on-demand service with production facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and reduce shipping distances.
Please allow 4-10 business days for production. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual production times may vary slightly.

We offer shipping Australia-wide! We partner with trusted carriers like Australia Post and Couriers Please to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Express Shipping: $15
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 8-18 business days for most metropolitan areas, 8-23 business days for other locations.
- Express Shipping: 5-15 business days for most metropolitan areas, 5-18 business days for other locations.
Important Notes
- Jumpers and hoodies may require 1-3 additional business days for production.
- The delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- While we make every effort to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mhiley@lostgeometry.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.
